Rayden Productions is run by Heidi Rayden. Originally from Canada with a diverse background in the entertainment industry, Heidi moved to Los Angeles to work in film & television. Heidi’s passion for yoga and quest to live a more spiritually fulfilling life lead her to make the decision to commit to the study of yoga on a full time basis.

As part of her studies, Heidi traveled to study meditation, yoga and Kirtan on weeklong retreats in Northern California and Hawaii. Inspired by these retreats, Heidi created Free Your Soul ™ retreats to provide a one day retreat experience for people in Los Angeles. Free Your Soul ™ retreats were created to enlighten people committed to learning more about their spiritual path.

In 2008 Heidi completed a 200 hour intensive teacher training program with the Los Angeles based school and yoga studio Yoga Works. Heidi has developed a private practice teaching yoga and specializes in teaching yoga to beginner students. Heidi is currently enrolled in the Loyola Marymount 3 year certificate Yoga Therapy RX program.

Rayden Productions is a “yoga inspired” company, currently in development for the following two projects: The Rayden Foundation, a 501c3 committed to bringing yoga to inner city youth in Los Angeles & Free Your Soul TV, live programming dedicated to showing you how to explore your spirituality!
