WHY – Created to inspire and nurture those on a quest to learn more about their spirituality and increase their level of consciousness.  Rayden Productions retreats are designed for people who are on a mission to live an open and gratifying life filled with joy. 

WHERE – Retreats take place in unique, private locations across Los Angeles. These locations (hidden gems) create an overall experience of tranquility, as each location will instantly help participants forget the stress of the city. By finding magical locations to host the retreats, participants are instantly transported to a wonderful relaxed state.  Practicing yoga and learning in a hidden gem environment offers a unique experience that is both memorable and powerful.

WHO – Heidi Rayden followed her dream to live & pursue her acting/producing career in California. She moved to Los Angeles in January 2005.  Having practiced yoga for the past seven years, California’s abundant yoga community naturally became an important part of Heidi’s life.  Exploring the diverse world of spirituality in Los Angeles, Heidi’s focus shifted from acting to finding a way to make a difference in the world. Merging her diverse production background with her passion & vision, she has created Free Your Soul as her way of giving back to the community.
